Ingredients

Makes four servings

  • 120g oats
  • 800g milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 454g egg whites
  • 80g brown sugar

Steps

  • add oats, milk, and salt to a large pot
  • cook on low to medium heat until thickened
  • remove from heat, stream in egg whites while whisking vigorously
  • return to heat, continue whisking vigorously for ~3 minutes until foaming stops
  • stir in brown sugar
